how can i stop the messages which is comming from my facebook?

their is very much messages coming in my yahoo mail and it make my mail box full so i want to not receive this messages how can i stop it

When you signed up for Facebook you agreed to the terms. This is one of them.

There is no going back once the account is already made.

Go to Facebook and click the down arrow in the top-right corner. From that menu, click account settings. On the left of the page that comes up, there is a list of different account settings. Click "Notifications" and that screen will open.

The bottom half of this page shows your Notification settings. Click "edit" next to each one and un-check all the ones you don't want to get e-mail from. I un-checked all of mine, and I don't get any e-mails from Facebook.
