How do I make a video or website pop up when someone tries to access a website?

My school redirects you to their website when you try to get on Facebook, but I want to redirect my brother to a crazy video/website when he tries to get on Facebook or something. How do I do this?

You would need a redirect function inside of a router you have control of, this being the router in your house. If you do not have the passwords to it, you can not do this. Most consumer level routers will not let you redirect a URL request.
