How to not get jealous of my girlfriends Ex?

I am 16 and i have been dating this girl for about 5 months and we realllyy reallly like eachother. I like her a lot and get jealous of her ex boyfriend, who she dated a year before, but he moved 40 miles away. I see her text him sometimes and she likes and comments on a lot of his pictures on facebook, and he is better looking than me, and i cant help but to get jealous, how can i stop?

Being Jealous is natural you can't really hide it or pretend like your not jealous.Jealousy means you really love your girl and your afraid you might lose her to her ex boyfriend.I understand how it feels like being jealous and being afraid to lose someone important.If you tell her your jealous she might understand you and i think it will be the best if you tell her how u feel about her ex.
