How to stop those "say something" from Facebook quizzes notifications on Facebook?

Okay, on Facebook, I get those "say something" notifications where that little button is and the bottom right corner where notifications pop up with how many you have in a little red balloon. I really want them to stop because I got 75 notifications from it just from one quiz and it all said, "______ commented on say something"
