How do you go about reporting a pedophile on Facebook?

My twin sister told me that her husband has been harassing a 13-yr. old on Facebook, but she doesn't want me to tell anyone. I was made aware of it, so I must do the right thing. Who do I tell? The guy has a picture of penguins to hide his identity. I saw it. He supposedly molested my niece, as well, years ago, but I wasn't there to see the evidence.
