My mother told me I have an older sister who she choose adoption for, now I would like to find her and I only have her birth name and birth date ( tonian Marie Lucille miller, June 8th, 1991) how do I find her? I have looked all over the Internet

Either facebook or you can see if you can contact anyone who knew her ask your mom again if she ever knew who adopted her or where she was adopted from and go to that place and see if they can look it up and if they say it is private say please this is my sister that i never got to know dont you have a sister that loves you and you love her im sure that would work and if not try this thing called ansetory.com i have heard it can help find long lost people you wouldnt even know about
