How Long Does It Take To Unsuspend A Twitter Account?

I received an email saying my twitter account was unsuspended, but when i log in it still says my account is suspended & my follower/following count is still at 0. Any ideas as to whats up?

Its Still Suspended What Happen Most Likely is you Received a Email From a Fake Twitter Email address Thats Claiming they are From Twitter

Usually When They Restore a Account it will happen right away

They should really say "De-activated" as thats what it really means. In 95% of suspensions its the end and you just walk away or open another account. I hope in your case its the one exception.
