If I mention someone in a direct message (on twitter) will they see it?
e.g. in a direct message from 1 to 2 and the message mentions @3 but the message is not sent to 3 will 3 still see the message? A bit of a rubbish example but I hope it made sense x

No, they will not see it. The DM is between you and the person your sending it to only.
