Check the laws in your area but if the girl is married she is no longer her father's responsibility and he should not have to continue to pay child support.

This "child" is married ! Her hubby took her on as his responsibility, and her father should NOT have to pay child support any longer. She has a child of her own? Good lord, NO he should not have to pay.

child support should end but he could give her half to help her. She's still his daughter after all. I would still consider saving 400 an month, a bargin

Legally she is now an adult, child support ends. He should file it with the court that she is now emancipated. She is her husbands problem now.
