This is not an issue for this category. This is the computers category, and is for folks to post questions about problems with their computers.

You issue is not a Facebook problem, no more than calling people on the phone and saying these things is a problem with the telephone.

You need to post this in a more appropriate forum, such as religion. Or something. But not here.

I think it wasn't wrong on your part. But you may want to be careful in the future so people don't get the wrong ideas about you.. Just let them know that you had no wrong intentions and that you are sorry.

its not a question of being wrong or right. i think that as a religious leader he has a right to say something to you both if it is effecting others religious studies due to them being scared. i personally think it was childish to post something like that on facebook. that should be a private matter and does not need to be posted for all the world to see maybe discussing it with family members or friends in person but not on the internet. i kind of have to side with your pastor/elder of the church...because of your anger, it has effected others for no reason. its not your responsibility to talk about someone in a negative way to make people fear that person.

I think that some people might think about it differently. I wouldnt post anything like that on facebook because my friends dont need to know about my private life and even if I did post it, I think the head elder of the church shouldnt judge, he should try to help instead and find a solution to the problem!!! Thats not christian of him!!!

YOU were assaulted!

They should be scared of YOUR in-laws! You have warned them about those THUGS!

I think you did them a big favor. Really.

The "Elder" is quite mistaken. He should lecture the GOONS who attacked you and your wife! HER relatives are the law breakers!

THEY should BE IN JAIL! They are GUILTY of assault-and-battery.

You guys should press charges. The police do not like creeps who beat up people.

That "elder" might have dementia. He is SO WRONG! Attacking the VICTIMS of the attack!

How DARE he?

You and your wife are so right. Jesus would NOT put up with this, either.
