Can checks be cashed at bank with lien on account?

If you have a lien on your bank account can you cash a payroll check drawn on that bank if the company banks with the same bank.

As the paycheck is from a separate account from an employer, there should be no problem.

No you cannot cash checks at a bank with lien on account. You can deposit your check. An account with a lien is not in good standing so you cannot cash any checks or withdraw money.
