Why does my FireFox keep closing on me?

It seems like everytime there's flash on a page it closes. for example, facebook: when the facebook chat loads, it closes. it closes at youtube.

is it a security thing?
How do i fix it if at all?

1) Open Device Manager

2) Find the sound-card device

3) Remember the name of the device

4) Uninstall it.

5) After doing this restart your system.
