How can a father voluntary give up parental rights to child in florida?
My boyfriend has a 5 yr old son. He hasn't seen him in 2 years. His ex hasn't let him see him and has taken him back to court for more child support. He want to give up his right to his son and only the mother would be taking care on the child. What documents in the state of florida would he need to do that? And does he need a lawyer or can this be done without?

She should be taken to court and forced to allow him visitation hours. If she won't let him see his child, as she is legally obliged to do, he shouldn't be forced to pay wife-er-child support.

Poor excuse for a father to willingly sign away his own flesh and blood.
Only a judge can terminate his parental rights. That isn't going to happen unless the mother of the child has gotten married and the step father wants to adopt him. A parent cannot sign away the obligation to support their children.
If your boyfriend really wants to be a part of his childs life, then why isn't he fighting for that right in court? Too much trouble?

He can't, and should fight for the child.

For 22 years, I have volunteered my time working with divorced/single fathers dealing in family law issues, such as child support, teaching them about what the states are not telling support obligors.
