How do I stop pokes from showing up in my Facebook notifications?

I'm having a poke-war with at least three different people, and I don't want them to keep showing up. If I go to my notification settings and open up the Facebook tab, it won't let me click it.

Can anyone help me?

Go to account settings, then apps. If you have the 'superpoke' app, remove it. You will still get the pokes on the side bar, but no notifications

hit facebook link on top of page the one in the square.....Directly on top...while on notifications..It doesnt allow but also it doesnt stop poking...you just cant poke back and what good is that You can if you hit the name of the one doing the poking...scroll down hiy either poke or block this poker joker....A simple 'Un-Friend' never hurts either lol good luck,,I heard facebook is doing away with the 'like' button when it should be the fkn 'poke' bloke button..alot of changes are coming soon and they are GONNA suck by the looks of what I saw!
