How do I block certain people from viewing things I post on my facebook wall?

I'm friends with alot of older people on facebook and I dont really want them seeing my posts. Now on the old design of facebook this was no problem but, does anyone have any idea how to do this on the new facebook? Again I'm not trying to block them from viewing one specific post. I want to prevent them from viewing all of my posts.

BLOCK THEM.!!! or when you go to your home page and you're trying to post something right there by the post button should be a thing that says "friend of friends" or "friends" or whatever... click that and go to where it says "custom". click that and a box type thing should pop up... go down to where it says hide from and type in their name. When their name shows up, click it and BOOM they can't see it

if you mean ones that you have already posted, you would have to go back and edit them one by one, and set them to something like "close friends" - after setting up your "close friends" list, not including the people who you are trying to hide them from

If your talking about hiding certain posts from certain people that you've posted in the past, what you do is you find the post, Look under your name on that post, Find the date on that post and click on the icon right next to it when you scroll over it it should become a drop-down bar, click the drop-down bar "Friends" click on "Custom" and type the names of people you dont want to see this status post.

When you post something you can click on the drop-down bar "Friends" click on "Custom" and type the names of people you dont want to see this status post.
