My mom and her friend are checking other peoples children and telling their parents what they write on Facebook, she said oh we should anonymously to her mother to check her Facebook is what illegal?
I meant they said we should anonymously email her parents to check her Facebook and are checking all of their friends to see what they post, pictures statuses and everything Ads |

Looking at a kids Facebook page and informing the parents of bad acts isn't cyberstalking. It is called being nosy and looking at the internet.

That's not illegal. It's a cross between gossiping and keeping an eye on other people's kids.

Its not illegal or chargeable, its something that is not allowed to be done because you may get a fine
