Lol. She's a little jealous and nosy but it's obvious she cares for you. I would use that to my advantage. Post a status like "Babe, stop going thru my FB!" She'll know that you know and now all your friends now. That's a cute way to jokingly stop it.

She could just be seeing who you talk to, who you're friend with ect. My brothers girlfriend does it to him all the time, then shell fine some girl on his friends and shell give him a really hard time about it when it comes out to be our cousin! Could be her being paranoid, or maybe just being nosy. I'd just ask her, next time she does it be like "why do you always looks at my facebook?" and see what she says.
