Why do so many companies now require facebook...?
to leave comments, or contact customer services?
I refuse to sign up with facebook, twitter, etc, as I don't believe Zuckerberg should profit from his violation of our privacy. I used to be able to leave comments directly to the businesses, and now they direct me to sign in with my facebook account. It's getting worse every day. Aaaarrgh!. Ads |

It is all about marketing and communicating to get closer to the target population; and at the same time to save time, money and efforts to get the job done.
