How can I promote my online clothing store without breaking my wallet?

We've been open a month with no sales. We get tons of views, but no purchases. We've basically been doing word of mouth promos with business cards and flyers through friends and family, but it just isn't cutting it. We also have a blog, facebook, pinterest, and twitter account, but again, have not had much luck as of yet. To be frank, I don't really have any money left for a big add campaign, so I'm looking for free promo, or close to it. Any ideas?

set up a page on facebook, tumblr, twitter, ect. and have them linked to your website. hand out leaflets in oyur local city with discounts to get them interested just anything..
