I want to write my boyfriend a letter to thank him for everything?

He is very supportive , and does so much for me and my family.
Just this past weekend he took me and my little sisters camping.
I never feel like I show him how grateful I am for everything he does , so I want to write him a letter because I feel it has a lot more meaning than text messages and facebook messages.
What should I write , how should I start it , how should I write it , i need help please !
