Is it weird for a guy who is like 19 to talk to a 12 year old girl?

This guy who I went to middle school with recently added my sister who is 12 on facebook. I mean they know each other, back when we were in 7th grade and she was in 1st, we were paired up for school activities and such and they were partners. So they do know each other, is it weird or is it just me?

it is weird. at this age girls are just entering puberty and are completely boy crush crazy. He may see her as just a lil girl friend but she might think the world of him. Her flirting and vulnerability
( aka "cuteness" to him) might put ideas in his head. A male at 19 is also still mentally developing and might not think, or care, of the consequenses. Keep an eye on her and follow your gut.

It doesnt necessarily have 2 be weird. It depends on how he sees her. He probably jus added her on facebook 2 get his friends numbers up. But wen u really think about it wat does a 19 year old want/have to talk about with a 12 year old?
