Does a man have to pay child support if the woman is granted full custody under false pretenses then she refuses the paternity test twice to determine fatherhood, does the alleged father have to pay?

Depends on the state in some states a man who is not even the biological father will have to pay child support.some states will look at if they lived together, how long they were together etc.

If you ask for a paternity test, you WILL get one before the court makes a child support order for you.

If the father had questions regarding his paternity, it should have come up long ago. He should have requested the test when they were fighting for custody, why fight for custody of a child you think might not be yours?
Yes, at this point, you have to pay. |

The court can find her in contempt of court and toss her in jail. Since the child might go into foster care, she'll probably take the test.

Eventually, yes he will. However, she cannot refuse a subpoena.
