Is there a way to close a Familylink account ?

Is there a way to close a Familylink account ?
I use Facebook and would like out of Family link and can't seem to find a way out of this service.

You need to go to your account settings (link on the top right of your facebook page) go to application settings, locate Familylink and you'll see an 'X' on the same line, click it to delete it from your profile.
