Is it normal for a Leo Woman to ignore you and everybody around her?

She is Leo with Leo Rising, she stares at people and smiles and ignores phone calls and messages, she seems a little mysterious. She doesn't even have facebook or things like that she just concentrates on her life and education. She spends alot of time alone and ENJOYS it, she is so introverted but she is extremley, very very very very sexual behind closed doors.

I know some Leos like that. One of my Leo home boys always has honeys flockin him but he's pretty low key and ducks most of them.
