What will happen once I deactivate my facebook account?

I have finals coming up in the next 4 weeks and I would like to clear the distractions so I can finish all my work. Facebook is one distraction I want gone for about a month. I want to come back afterward or a little earlier to make plans for the winter break. Will I be able to re activate my account with all my friends, posts, photos, videos and everything else still on my account? Or will it all be gone and my account will be deleted forever?

I did the same thing once nothing happens. When you want it back all you have to do is sign back in and it's like nothing ever happened.

Once you deactivate your account so it will be deactivated unless you don't sign in again on Facebook.
