And wants to be friends but hes got a girlfriend and its not for sex cause You guys dont leave in the same country, but he wants to see You on cam .

He wants to see how you're doing without him(which is why he unblocked),&It seems to me like he still has some hidden feelings for u or even just the slightest bit. DON'T let him use you though,unless he just wants to skype innocently or something then his motives are genuine.
