Join the call can we stop business supporting cyber-spying ?
Microsoft and Facebook are supporting a powerful new law that would allow the US to spy on almost everything we do - how does that feel to you ?

Hi Eco-friend,
Always remember that when it comes to the Internet, “privacy†is merely a relative term. Why? “Large Web sites back up their databases,†points out Gwenn Schurgin O’Keeffe in her book CyberSafe, adding: “What we put on cyberspace never truly goes away. We have to consider it permanent because there is likely a copy somewhere; to think otherwise is foolish.†Employers are already using Facebook to spy on their employees. Many websites record what you have been searching for and bombard you with advertising regarding that product. I'm tired of seeing shoes everywhere on my Y/a page. lol So they are already spying on people therefore: The Bible says: “Shrewd is the one that has seen the calamity and proceeds to conceal himself, but the inexperienced have passed along and must suffer the penalty.†(Proverbs 22:3) I don't have any facebook Twitter or my space accounts. From what I heard even if you cancel your facebook account today, it will take over 5 years for the information you have put in on that web site to disappear. They can pass whatever law, I will be shrewd. Ads |

Uh they don't need any NEW law to spy on you. They're already spying on everything you do completely legally. Use proxies, peer block, BTGuard, and Tor for anything you don't want the entire world knowing. Anonymous has a FAQ on this if you want specific details about what you need.
