How do i unblock ppl on facebook?

I blocked my little sister like half a year ago, i just remembered about her. How do i unblock her? (she feels so loved)

Ahaha, when it says your name on the right hand corner, right beside that it says "home" and then an arrow pointing down. CLICK ON THE ARROW. then a couple options should come up, click on the 3rd one, privacy settings. Scroll all the way down to the last one which says "Blocked People and apps" and right beside it it says "manage blocking"
