If someone is using a company name on Twitter without permission, how do I report it and claim it back?
A friend needs my help. There's an inactive Twitter account using his unique business name. What's the right first step? There is no other business with this name. We'd like Twitter to close their account.

My question is does your friend's business name copyrighted/trademarked/etc.? If it is then you can contact Twitter about giving you the account because you have copyrighted the name; which is violating the Terms of Service. Contact Twitter about this here:
