Change your Password and remove all her friends! Tell her that if she needs something to know she could just ask you! Or write on your status " my mother is always reading my profile I'm so disappointed that she is so impolite. I can't believe she is my mother ":)

The obvious answer is CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. Of course, if your mother isn't happy with your decision just explain to her how you feel, which in your case that you want your privacy on Facebook. It seems to me she doesn't trust you? Is there a reason for that? Maybe you too should talk about this. Say to her (Nicely) how she would like it if you done the same to her? Everyone needs their privacy, just change your password.

To change password on Facebook:

Go top right of screen where it says "Account" and click on it > Scroll down to "Account Settings" and click on that > It will now bring up your Facebook settings > You'll see where it says "Password" then "Change" next to it, click on "Change" and change your password.

Hope I helped, and enjoy your day.
