What state extradites for child support and driving while license revoked?

my brother moved from one state to another one thats like 10 hours away would they come get him for that?
I think he owes like 10 grand in child support only because he was out of work he's currently waiting for his disability he had a heart attack and didnt want to go to jail in North Carolina

Most states will extradite child support warrants. This is part of the "deadbeat" dads program. It is highly unlikely a state will extradite for a driving violation.

Why are there arrears? If there is a legitimate reason, such as unemployment, the obligor can still file for a reduction in them. Most Child Support obligors do not know there is free help from the state, by federal law, to obtain a modification. At the minimum, a motion should be filed to have any interest penalties set aside, which can double or triple the amount owed.
