Everytime Justin has been online, I will tweet his until my arm gets soar, follow and unfollow, but none of it seems to be working, how can he follow me ? OH, and if there are any mean, nasty comments, you will be blocked and deleted

First thing you have to do is change your user name. Do you think he wants a nut job with a name like that after him? I can't blame him for running the other direction. Think like a 10 year old boy. He isn't looking to get married. Especially to someone who assumes it is a foregone conclusion.

What you're doing is the best way to get him to notice you, but remember, he has more then 4 million fans on Twitter. Just make sure your tweets aren't like "justin plz plz plz follow me i luv u so much"-- say something that will impress him, or something making you sound worthwhile to follow.
