how do you post a video from myspace to facebook profile?

i know its probally a simple task. and i know how to do youtube videos. but i found an old video i was looking for on my boyfriends myspace page. it wont let me save the actual video onto my computer, so i was wondering if there was a way to post it to facebook without it connecting to myspace. can i post it, and just open it up on the facebook page instead? thanks in advance

Simply copy and paste the URL at the top of the MySpace page, and Paste it into the 'Share' part of the facebook page.

This should then take the main video frame from MySpace and add it as a Video on Facebook!
