Why do I still pop out on people's friends list on Facebook?
I diactivated my account and I still come out on the friend list of my sisters phone. I clicked on my profile that I diactivated and it goes to the home page. Why do I still come out there?

probably because your sister's phone hasn't resync-ed her friends list with Facebook yet.

Your information will be floating around in cyberspace in various places for the next two years or more.
