How to may I send messages from Facebook to my email address?

I receive Alcoholics Anonymous' daily meditations sent to my Facebook address. I wish to send them to my computer email address so they may be shared with my sisters and brothers in the Program. Thanks for any advice to allow me to make that effort. Graddy Johnson

Well you could just copy an paste them into your e-mail(:

If you mean you recieve the message from AA to your facebook 'messages' then that can't be changed, if you mean the message goes to your email address you use on facebook, then you can change that on the settings and put the new email address to replace the current.

If you share messages to your friends on Facebook, then you can do that to other websites.
