Can he tell that i'm looking at his twitter?

I know everyone might say "No, it's an invasion of privacy" when i ask if my ex knows I'm looking at his twitter. BUT, he's had a twitter for about two years, and I stalked his page last yr, and he put it on private. So, i stopped looking at his page for a month, but then i became curious, and looked at his page again, and it wasn't private anymore. So for about a week, i would look at his page and he put it on private again. Can he tell that its me looking at his page and pictures?
