QUESTION ABOUT TWITTER PRIVACY!!?

ok, so i have an account on twitter that's dedicated to a celebrity. i was having a good time a few months back tweeting random things about how much i love them and stuff like that. one of the reasons that i got a twitter was so that i wouldnt have to deal with people judging me. then a few of my friends decide to go and get twitters. now, they follow me on that account, but i dont really want them to. i can no longer post whatever i want. i used to be able to complain about people in school, say nerdy things, fangirl, etc. haha. but now i cant. i also have a personal twitter that im fine with them following me on, though. is there anyway that i can make my account so that they cant see my tweets without privating them?? because i want people who arent following me to be able to see my tweets, but just not them in particular. i also thought about blocking them, but from what i can tell, theyll still be able to see my tweets.
please help!!
