What do people talk about that they hide from other people? Like people would be talking about something on facebook and they'd be like, "It's too public here, let's just PM." What do they talk about?

First of all, I would assume you have close friends, what do YOU talk about that you wouldn't want in public?

If not, many times it's relationship things, personal family matters, possibly health, or maybe secrets or thing they wouldn't want a certain person to see or hear about.
