you need to make them funny or a reason for people to look at them. Try giving them a good title and some tags http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOGb-dWiB...ideo_title look at for help!!

People like me watching them
 This is how i get subscribers and comments: -I post my channel link on Yahoo answers, twitter, and facebook. -I comment on other peoples videos and channels. Either compliments, or tell them to check out my stuff. -When i upload a new video, i send it to a handful of people on youtube via message. -I add EVERYONE as a friend, if i click on someones profile, then i add them.
