He might do a twitcam but its not likely. What he means is that you tweet him questions with the hash tag #askzayn and you just keep spamming him questions. He will eaither reply to you or RT your tweet with an answer. He might forget also because he did before. It's so hard to get him to answer you now than it was before when he only had 100,000 followers. I hope he answers your question!
