How to get more followers on Twitter ?

I've reached 194 followers in less than a month , and I need to reach to 200 . What shall I do to gain more followers ?

be a decent interesting person that people want to follow instead of asking how to get people to follow you.

or be a douche and join a twitter list

Why... Don't you think it's a bit egocentric and narcissistic to be trying to get attention..?

If you actually have some content to provide to the netizens of the internet (i.e. youtube channel, reddit poster, etc.), you can always direct them to your twitter.

Else, just start being nice to people on Twitter.

I still think this is a complete silly question and premise. Don't grow into the habit over obsessing over followers. It really is an unhealthy habit many people have adhered to recently.
