How do you feel when you are neglected?

How do you feel when you are neglected?
Whether it's by relatives, friends, or schoolmates. Such as on facebook when I am willing to say hi or ask people how they are doing, they don't seem to appreciate the comment. Even if they are active and don't receive many messages, they still don't give one bit of response. I don't get angry but I do feel disappointed that I even bothered.

I just feel unappreciated or our relation isn't even true at all. So how do you feel if you are ignored when you are trying to be kind? Also what actions do you take later on if this progresses?

Hmm.
maybe you are saying hi to people who don't deserve to be said hi to? if they are rude enough to not respond to a simple comment, then maybe don't talk to them?

maybe if you just want to keep in touch, you should call them up.. internet hides emotions. Smile hope i helped!

First of all, you're being nice and sweet about all of this. If they continue to not return the favor and say hello or how are you in return, then don't give them any more attention. All relationships are a two way street and you can't do all of the work.
