how to delete account facebook?

i want to delete my facebooik because it sucks im using twitter

First off, you want to ensure that Facebook doesn't have any of your information such as photos, videos, messages, friends, contact info, or anything that connects you to Facebook. You want to delete it all!

Log into your Facebook page, and on the home page at the very bottom you will see a link that says "Help". Click it.

On the page that pops up click on "Privacy and Security".

Than click "Privacy".

A list of questions should now appear. Second to the bottom will be "I want to permanently delete my account". Click it.

A page of words will come up. Towards the bottom there is a sentence that reads "If you would like your account deleted, please contact us using "this form". Click the "This form" link.

A new page will pop up. Click "Remove my account from Facebook" and than hit "Submit".

You should of now gotten a email from Facebook informing you that the Facebook team will get back to you with-in a week.

Once you receive a email from Facebook informing you that your account has been deleted, try logging on to Facebook and see if it works. If it doesn't work than your account has been permanently removed from Facebook!

Access the Facebook home page and log in using the email address and password you originally registered with (see Resources below). If you've forgotten you password, click on "Log in" and follow the link to reset your password.

Follow the "Click Here" link under the Deactivate Account section. You will be taken to a short form to fill out before you close your account.

Tell Facebook why you're leaving. Select the radio button next to the reason for deactivating your account. There is also space to write other comments4

Opt in or out of Facebook emails. Even if you account is deactivated, your friends can still invite you to events or ask you to join groups. If you don't want any email from Facebook at all, check the 5 appropriate box.

Click the "Deactivate" button. You will be taken to a page confirming your account deactivation.
