I posted a comment on Facebook about my boyfriends Ex-wife (I have her blocked and we think that she went through her daughters profile to see it). None of it was directed to her. And she was never meant to see it. So now she is starting some trouble with it.
I posted if it was strange that My boyfriends ex wife thinks that his priority was with her while she was at a funeral (mind you they have been divorced for 3 years now) My friends comments were pretty bad, no need to repeat here. Ads |

Yes, its freedom of speech but its only affective to a extent. You can be charged with Cyber-Bullying which has been looked on very hard these past couple years. I suggest delete the post and just wait which is the only thing you can do.

It depends on what you said, in most cases, it would be considered slander more than harassment, but if you made any type of threat, or said something like you wish she was dead, then it could definitely be considered harassment. If a threat was made, she has enough evidence to file for and get a restraining order.
