Can you block a post from one person specifically?

Say I wanted to post something on my facebook wall, and I wanted everyone except my sister to be able to see it. Is there a way to do that?

Account ---> Privacy settings --> Sharing on Facebook ---> Customize settings ---> Things others share --->Can see Wall posts by friends Customize ---> Save settings.

Things I share ---> Posts by me
Default setting for posts, including status updates and photos ----> Customize ---> Save settings

Every time you write a status or post something you will find a small "arrow" which allows you to control who can view your post and you can hide your post from specific people too
