How to link Facebook to Twitter?

I have windows 7, and I have tried doing this on chrome, firefox, and internet explorer, and allowing all popups from twitter. But when I click the button under profile settings that says link twitter with facebook, no button shows up so that I can go to facebook and link it. Just an empty white space where the button should be.

This is happening to my account as well. I'm guessing we're not the only ones experiencing this problem. Lets hope that means that Twitter is aware and working on it.
