Questions to ask people for co-owning my twitter account?

I have a twitter account that has about 4k followers and i would like to grow. I cant be on twitter all the time so i would like someone to co-own my account. Dont say they are going to hack my account or anything cause its people i know and i just Know they wont. But what are good questions to ask them to see whos the right person?
