What does Jamaican "RRR" stand for? Sean Paul always says it on Twitter.?

Sean Paul (the Jamaican dance hall singer/rapper) always goes, "RRR!!!" But not like he's roaring like a lion. I think it's an acronym. The only RRR acronym I could find on the internet was Reduce, Re-use, Recycle.
