How do you know you've been hacked on facebook?

My sister has a facebook, and she's wondering how you know if you've been hacked. Like, say if it says you comment on something that you know you havn't, does that mean you've been hacked? if so, how do you stop it? thank in advance

You can't really tell unless stuff starts happening that you didn't do, like if comments get posted from your account you didn't write, etc. The best thing to do is change the password to something more secure, make sure the email address associated with the account hasn't been changed to the hacker's. Changing the password to your email account would be a good idea too, to cover all your bases.
