Like when you text statuses and crap. My sister says you still have to pay, but I just wanna ask to make sure..

Yes, as long as you just use the texting option and don't do web browsing from your phone.

Facebook mobile determines where you are situated and uses local calling areas and such to send you messages.

If you have unlimited text messaging (incoming and outgoing) you're 100% safe because there are NEVER any messages sent both to and from you to another area.
